A new turnkey newbuild for Handelskade.

We are proud to announce that we have signed a contract for the construction of the Mareva Nui II, a multi-purpose vessel that will serve the waters of French Polynesia.

The vessel will be built by Handelskade at Hong Ha Shipyard in Hai Phong, Vietnam. A yard we know well, having built 12 turn-key vessels together over the past fifteen years.
It was great to reconnect with our long-standing partners, and we are looking forward to working together again on this exciting project.

The Mareva Nui II is a full turnkey build. Handelskade is responsible for the entire scope, from basic engineering and steel construction through to mechanical and electrical installation, outfitting, testing, and commissioning.
Handelskade Equipment Supply sources and delivers all European equipment, coordinating with our network of trusted suppliers across the Netherlands, France, Germany, Scandinavia, and beyond.

A complex project with cargo cranes, tween decks, folding hatchcovers, bunker manifold, a passenger area with messroom and beds and arrangements for a large crew. A one-off custom build vessel. Exactly the kind of work we enjoy.
